Please note that during holidays or periods of high order volume, we may take longer than our standard for order processing.

We only offer shipping inside the USA. We are not able to ship internationally.

All orders are shipped from Delray Beach, Florida from our shipping partner.

Note: most boxes of cigars are over the 2 lbs. threshold for shipping.

We offer Free Standard Shipping for orders over $100.00. This offer is applicable for orders of cigars or any products offered from Escobar Cigars.

RESPONSIBILITY DURING SHIPPING

All shipments from Escobar Cigars are FOB Origin Bay Delray Beach, FL.

Title to, and ownership of all goods passes from Seller to Purchaser in Delray Beach, Florida. Purchaser takes full responsibility for the shipment. By selecting the shipping method of transportation of the goods, Seller is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of Purchaser.

By accepting this service from Seller, Purchaser is affirming that they are acting in compliance with their local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation, and delivery of the goods. The Purchaser affirms that they are of lawful age, have obtained all permissions required, paid all fees required, and are working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, as well as are legally entitled to take possession of the goods and quantities ordered.

We only ship to the USA only and we comply with all legal requirements including U.S. duties, taxes and regulations but we are not responsible for local laws, regulations or taxes in individual states.
