What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?

Once an online order has been submitted, it cannot be changed. However, our Customer Service Department may be able to cancel the order and allow you to resubmit it. Or they can place an order for you, making the necessary changes. The time between the submittal and the packing of the order is extremely limited; be sure to contact Customer Service Chat Support or support@escobarcigars.com as soon as possible.

what are your shipping charges?

DELIVERY CHARGES PER ORDER: Escobar Cigars by Puros Privados, Inc. offers free shipping within the continental United States for all orders with a minimum of one box of (25) cigars. Expedited shipping is available and is calculated based on delivery time required and location at check out. Automatic calculation of all relevant shipping charges for the various shipping methods can be chosen during the check-out function at www.escobarcigars.om. Escobar Cigars utilizes various shipping companies and negotiates the best terms with each carrier for the benefit of our customers.To take advantage of the best shipping fees and terms, this information is automatically loaded into the website on a daily basis and these results are displayed at check-out. PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and US Territories will ship via USPS and may incur additional delivery times and/or cost. Some shipments going to remote locations will be charged an additional charge. Heavy items may be subject to additional charges. You will see any applicable surcharges in your shopping cart/invoice along with the standard shipping fees.

What are your shipping terms?

All shipments Freight on Board (FOB) Dallas, Texas USA. Risk of loss is on the Purchaser during transport and shipment. Title to, and ownership of all goods passes from Seller to the Purchaser in Dallas, Texas USA, and the Purchaser takes all responsibility for the shipment. By arranging for transportation of the goods, Seller is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of Purchaser. By utilizing this service from Seller, Purchaser is representing that he/she is acting in a fashion compliant with his/her local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation, and delivery of the goods. The Purchaser represents that he/she is of lawful age and has obtained any required permission, paid any required fees, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of the goods and is legally entitled to take quantities ordered. All orders are shipped ASAP. Please note that some orders are subject to delays for technical reasons. It is not possible for us to guarantee mailing times as this is out of our control.We do not ship to APO/FPO boxes.

ESCOBARCIGARS.COM’s use of Veratad's Age Verification is based solely on U.S. record information and therefore verification of individuals residing outside the U.S. is unavailable.

How do I sign up for the Club Escobar Cigar of the Month Auto Ship program?

Club Escobar Cigar of the Month Club provides a monthly auto-shipment of one box of our finest cigars at a discounted rate. Additionally, each Cigar of the Month Club Member will be entered a monthly raffle for free cigars and merchandise.

How is Club Escobar Cigar of the Month Club Different from Club Escobar Frequent Buyer Membership?

Club Escobar Frequent Buyer Members receive points with every purchase that can be applied to free cigars. Club Escobar Cigar of the Month Club is a separate membership which auto-ships new cigars and includes a monthly raffle for free merchandise. However, each Club Escobar Cigar of the Month Club member wills till receive membership points for all purchases.

What is Escobar Cigar’s return policy?

For legal and health reasons, cigars cannot be returned once they are purchased. If you are unsatisfied with your product for any reason, please contact support@escobarcigars.com or utilize the Chat Support on www.escobarcigars.com and we will make every attempt to rectify your concerns. We do not accept items returned outside their original box and will not accept cut or partially smoked cigars. All returned items must still be in condition to be sent back to the manufacturer. We reserve the right to refuse or prorate credit for any returned item received in inadequate condition.

Can I enter multiple Escobar Cigar auctions at once?

Absolutely, participate in all the auctions you'd like. If there are items that interest you in multiple auctions, go right ahead and start bidding. After all, there's nothing like the crisp taste of winning!

Do I pay taxes on my purchase?

Remittance of taxes for orders shipped outside of Texas USA is the responsibility of the purchaser. Shipments within the United States is subject to taxation by individual states at varying rates and is solely the responsibility of the purchaser.
